Immediate Results Guarantee
We stand behind KillerKiller with our simple guarantee: If KillerKiller doesn't immediately unlock your full speed, we'll refund your purchase.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- The software does not immediately unlock your full internet speed
- You experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve
- The target processes don't exist on your system (we'll refund - it means you don't need KillerKiller!)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at: refunds@killerkiller.co.uk
- Include your purchase email address and license key
- Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund (optional but appreciated)
We typically process refund requests within 1-2 business days.
Refund Process
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days of approval
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
- Bank Processing: Your bank may take 5-10 business days to reflect the refund
- License Revocation: Your license key will be deactivated upon refund
Exceptions
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting us first
- Violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing license keys, commercial use without proper license)
- The software works as described but you changed your mind after using it successfully
Before Requesting a Refund
We want you to be happy! Before requesting a refund, please:
- Contact Support: Email support@killerkiller.co.uk - we may be able to resolve your issue quickly
- Check Documentation: Review the included README.md for troubleshooting tips
- Verify Requirements: Ensure your system meets the requirements (Windows 7+ 64-bit)
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. All refunds are full refunds of the purchase price.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first:
- Your license will be immediately revoked
- You may be banned from future purchases
- We may dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery
Please contact us first! We're reasonable people and want to make things right.
License Transfer Instead of Refund
If KillerKiller doesn't work for your current computer, consider transferring your license instead of refunding:
- Deactivate on current computer:
KillerKiller.exe deactivate
- Activate on a different computer with the same license key
- This is a good option if you're upgrading or switching PCs
