Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using KillerKiller software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MW AI Labs Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the Software on one (1) computer at a time
• Create backup copies for archival purposes
• Transfer the license between your own computers (one active installation at a time)

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Software
• Share your license key with others
• Use the Software for commercial purposes (business licenses available separately)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (source code is provided for review only)
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or license information

4. Payment and Refunds

KillerKiller is sold as a one-time purchase. All sales are final unless:

• The Software does not function as described within 30 days of purchase
• You cannot resolve technical issues with our support team within 30 days

Refund requests must be made via email to support@killerkiller.co.uk within 30 days of purchase.

5. Software Functionality

KillerKiller is designed to terminate specific Windows processes ("Killer Network Service" and "Killer Analytics Service") that may limit network bandwidth. The Software:

• Requires administrator privileges to function
• Runs as a Windows service on system startup
• Terminates target processes every 5 seconds
• Logs all activity to a local log file

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the legal right to terminate processes on your computer
• Understanding the potential effects of terminating system processes
• Maintaining backups of your important data
• Keeping your license key secure and confidential

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. MW AI LABS LTD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MW AI LABS LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

9. System Requirements

The Software requires:

• Windows 7 or later (64-bit) - Windows 10/11 recommended
• Administrator privileges for installation
• No additional dependencies or frameworks required

10. Support

Email support is provided for all license holders. We typically respond within 24-48 hours on business days. Support includes:

• Installation assistance
• License activation help
• Basic troubleshooting

11. Updates

Software updates may be provided at our discretion. Updates are provided "as is" and may contain bug fixes, improvements, or new features.

12. Privacy

KillerKiller does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All license validation is performed locally on your computer. See our Privacy Policy for details.

13. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
